Obviously, I love pasta. I usually picky about what kind of tomato sauce I use, I like simple brands of really realllllllly plain sauce and I usually mix it in with butter and season it with salt.
I seasoned this sauce with different kinds of herbs and lots of garlic (since that's what Chrissy Teigen does - I've been using her cookbook as a bible lately.) I love spicy things - so for this kitchen experiment, I added crushed red pepper flakes into my sauce, and also vodka. I feel like vodka compliments the red pepper spiciness, and makes tomato sauce a little less thick. Since there are chunky-ish tomatoes in it, the sauce tends to seem thicker, so the vodka sort of events it all out.
In a perfect world, more things would have vodka in them because well.. vodka is fun.
