I am so obsessed with freshly grated parmigiano reggiano. Something about the freshness of the cheese and parsley flavors combined with lots of carbs absolutely saved the hangover I've got going on this Sunday morning. ALSO, there's wine in the sauce! I think that helped the hangover too. That's always fun, am I right? Cheese + wine = heroes.
Sometimes you just need to eat something weird. If mango fried brown-rice with ham, mushrooms and onion doesn't do it for you then I'm not sure what to tell you since this is pretty out there for my tastebuds. If you haven't noticed by now, I am not a big fruit-eater - so this is big!! I LOVE mango salsa because of the combination of tangy red onions and sweet mango so this is basically like a mango salsa fried rice and it's fricken' good.
