My insta friend (@c.r.a.v.i.n.g.s) inspired me to make a honey sriracha sauce because she had honey and sriracha in her ramen noodles ! There is no doubt sriracha is one of the spiciest hot sauces out there, but with the right ingredients, it can be tamed a little and brought to a thicker consistency so that it's almost kind of like a glaze. I cooked chicken thighs in it with mushrooms, and then I also made a stir fry with asian rice noodles and mushrooms. Both were delicious! There's so much you can do with this sweet, spicy, and sticky sauce!
Be careful because sometimes it comes out super spicy! My mouth was legit on fire.
