There are so many ways to make corn - it can be quite overwhelming. There are also so many different kinds of sour cream out there. You have to buy Mexican sour cream or 'Mexican crema" for this recipe because it's so much better and the texture is more saucey and less likes something you can "dollop" if that makes sense. Just trust me. And if you are not a sour cream person, my 11 year old sour-cream-loathing little brother was all about this corn, which really says somethin'.
New hotel rooms and meeting space aren't the only amenities the new Hilton Cleveland has to offer. I had the pleasure of spending a Saturday working for their team at the hotel's restaurant, The Burnham. I basically photographed (and taste-tested) the entire menu and let me tell you, YOU NEED TO GO EAT THERE NOW.
My favorite menu item, even though it's really hard to decide, was the pimento ham and cheese grilled cheese sandwich - naturally, because I'm super healthy like that. Peep the photo of the sandwich below, it will most likely make you drool. I also really liked the pierogi dish, there was a Clevealndy mustard sauce hiding underneath the kraut and it was perfect.
The team at the Burnham restaurant had family-vibes going on, and they basically adopted me for the day which was nice. Chef Ryan (pictured above) brought out so many dishes that were all so "photogenic" or at least that's how I attempted to describe them, lol. Not sure if he's ever heard anyone talk about food as if it were a human before... but it's true!! You could tell that him, the other chefs and literally everyone there is as passionate about food as I am - which is why I think we all got along so well.

This place isn't your standard "hotel restaurant." It's got it's own thing going on and is super unique. Can't wait to go back and eat there again! :)
