Buffalo chicken was basically my first love. I'm so into anything that's flavored buffalo and my go-to at restaurants is usually something buffalo-chickeny. My dad recently started a low-carb diet and asked me if I could make my cauliflower crust pizza-- little did he know I would be setting this master piece down in front of him at the dinner table.
So in my initial instagram post I said that I used 3 eggs instead of 2 while assembling the dough for this pizza crust. It made the cauliflower crust sooooo much more pizza-like!! The texture and tasted resembled regular dough so much more than ever before which awesome because my favorite thing is tricking my tastebuds into eating healthier. The "ranch" is made out of a combination of skim milk and greek yogurt with tons of garlic/onion powder, dill, and some other seasonings so I'll tell you how to make healthy ranch as well!!

This is my attempt at creating a healthy snack. Is it sad that I literally cannot eat 100% clean? Don't think I ever will be able to, judge away. With this particular recipe there's a white bean/tuna dip that involves greek yogurt, and also whole wheat pitas so I feel like it's a big step for @Foodsofjane.
I have always liked tuna melts; hot melted cheddar cheese and a succulent tuna sandwich with toasted bread.. YUM. As I'm writing up the recipe I am regretting not stuffing some bacon in those pitas, or at least sprinkling some of the cheese with bacon bits, oh well... at least it's not too late for you to try that!!
Also, it's hatch chili season and I feel like the little green chilies are the perfect spicy compliment to the sort of 'bland' flavor of tuna. Heinen's has huge barrel of hatch chilies for sale and it's so funny to see everyone walking by the barrel questioning the sign that says "HOT" on top of it! Definitely not something you see every day.
