I guess technically this sauce isn't an aioli because it isn't made out of egg whites and olive oil but hey, it has mayonnaise in it and that's close enough for me. I love garlic and I love ranch and I LOVE mayo so this sauce is literally perfect in every way. I could dip all kinds of food in it. The sauce is REALLY REALLY good when paired with parmesan cheese, chopped chives, and some coarse black pepper. Try it I dare ya!
If any of you are wondering how to make sweet potato fries you simply peel them, then use a french fry cutter or hand cut the potato into fry shaped pieces and deep fry them in vegetable oil for about 10 minutes or until golden crispy.
PS- Don't make fun of my deep frier picture that's outside, sometimes my family gets made when i use it because all of the hot grease makes my kitchen smell like a fast food joint..... (like that's a bad thing?!)
