I make this all the time but I don't think I've ever actually written a blog post about it since my old website was a thing. This is legit the easiest recipe ever. If you head to the Asian section at almost any grocery store you should be able to find fresh cooked noodles that are vacuum sealed in a pouch like this Ka-Me Hokkien brand of stir fry noodles. (I used two of the pouches for this recipe, each package usually comes with two.) The best part about these noods is that you don't even have to boil water to cook them, they're just ready to go! Ah, so easy I love it.
Of course you can add in chicken or tofu, and even shrimp - whatever you're in the mood for. :)
