I am so obsessed with freshly grated parmigiano reggiano. Something about the freshness of the cheese and parsley flavors combined with lots of carbs absolutely saved the hangover I've got going on this Sunday morning. ALSO, there's wine in the sauce! I think that helped the hangover too. That's always fun, am I right? Cheese + wine = heroes.
