So this is my attempt at being semi-healthy, minus the buttery honey-mayonnaise sauce part. It's colorful and I'm pretty sure it's gluten free - that has to count for something. At least it's not a big bowl of buttered noodles. Am I right? I'm sure you can substitute some sort of greek yogurt for the mayo that I used and make it even healthier. I bet there are lots of ways to "clean" this recipe up....but, here's how I made it.
