My mom always makes this "health tuna" for my sisters and I to put on tortillas and wrap up with some melted cheese, so I basically transformed the recipe into a tuna melt dip. I used the broiler setting with the oven in order to melt and bubble the cheese until it reached the perfect texture!! Sometimes my mom adds in a scoop of mayo, and some fresh squeezed lemon juice... kicks up the flavor a few more notches, but it's good exactly how it is in my recipe!! I wouldn't mind using some hot sauce with it too!
