I think I was Asian in a past life because I really love Asian cuisine, especially egg rolls. At first, I attempted to make steamed thanksgiving dumplings...... but that was a fail. They still turned out semi decent, but my egg rolls turned out way better. When I eat my Thanksgiving meal, I like to combine everything together all in one bite, so cramming all the goods into an egg roll seemed like the perfect idea for this year.
