I didn't do it for the gram. But it ended up there anyways!! One of my favorite healthy recipes is now pretty for once!! I typically don't share what I'm eating behind the scenes but this one is too good to not show off.
If you don't eat meat, I found this amazing quinoa and cauliflower meatball recipe on Dishing Out Health's website that I have used a few times and I love it! I also love to make this recipe with mushrooms as the main part - I usually cook them in olive oil, garlic powder and a touch of soy sauce before adding them to the cauliflower mash.
